This program starts on January 27th
However, there is an orientation on 
January 25th
at the gym for all participants.
What is your schedule?
Team Training (Unlimited):
 Monday: 5:15am – 10am, 3:30pm-7pm
Tuesday: 5:15am – 10am, 3:30pm-7pm
Wednesday: 5:15am – 10am, 3:30pm-7pm
Thursday: 5:15am – 10am, 3:30pm-7pm
Friday: 5:15am – 10am
Saturday: 7:30am & 8:30am
 
Small Group Training (1-2 per week): 
Monday: 5:15am, 6am & 8:30am
Friday: 5:15am, 6am & 8:30am

Hours are subject to change.
Do I have to come every single day?
Absolutely NOT...you can get shredded in as little as 3-4 days a week with us.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can 
scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We do offer custom plans if you would like as well!
